Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your order, Quick Learning offers quick and easy returns to ensure a smooth experience.

Return Policy

  • Return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Personalized or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.

How to Return

  2. Select the item, reason, and preferred pickup date.

  3. Submit the request – our courier will collect the item.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • Cash-on-Delivery refunds will be credited to your Quick Learning Wallet.

  • Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after pickup confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Gift-Wrapped Orders

Gift-wrapped items can be returned, but wrapping fees are non-refundable.
